Stormit has achieved the AWS AI Services Competency, an AWS designation that recognizes partners with proven technical expertise and a track record of customer success in building and deploying AI solutions on AWS.
For us, this isn't a new direction, it's a formal recognition of work we're already doing. Over the past year we've helped clients run generative AI proofs of concept, integrate AI into their products, and build the ML infrastructure to support it. The AI Services Competency confirms that this work meets AWS's bar for technical depth and customer outcomes.
What the competency means
AWS Competencies are not self-declared. Partners go through a technical validation process, reviewed by AWS, that checks architecture quality, best-practice adherence, and demonstrated customer results. Only a subset of AWS Partners hold an AI-focused competency, so for companies evaluating who to trust with an AI initiative on AWS, it's a way to shortlist partners who've already been vetted.
What it means for you
